WHY BECOME A MEMBER?
Join a community grounded in traditional but non-Orthodox Jewish practice. Mix with people from various backgrounds who share a common interest in maintaining strong connections to Torah, prayer and Jewish learning. Experience a joyous, welcoming, friendly, respectful and learned environment for families and individuals alike. AND MORE...
- Attend live "in person" Shabbat services or view “live” on Zoom. Be changed for the better by devoting a few hours one day a week to the study of Torah, communal prayer, meaningful words, a sumptuous pot luck lunch and a rousing Birkat Hamazon (everyone sings in the largest Birkat Hamazon in the San Fernando Valley).
- Participate in celebrations of major Jewish holidays and other traditional rites and celebrations.
- Give your child a meaningful Bar/Bat Mitzvah...or (if you missed yours) have one for yourself!
- Get married, or renew your vows.
- Share with others the rituals attendant to loss and mourning.
